Facilities Supervisor will ensure that the customer's facilities are operated and maintained cost effectively, safely, efficiently and within allocated budget. Ensures that the contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day to day activities involving the compilation, review and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as required
- Establish processes and systems to ensure that the company conforms with all due dates and reporting requirements (e.g., scheduling recurring due dates, identifying sources of information, coordinating receipt of information from other departments, performing reviews of the information, etc)
- Maintain needed level of familiarity with consolidation process and closing process to assess reasonableness of reported financial information
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of the following reports (and others as required from time to time)
- Monthly internal reporting package to management
- Monthly, quarterly and annual bank reports
- Periodic bank requests for supplemental information
- Publically Required Reporting
- Other periodic regulatory filings
- Monthly or quarterly Board of Directors reports
- Coordinate activities involving the external auditors, including quarterly reviews, annual audits, and tax reviews
- Prepare executive level summaries of operating results as needed
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate and or any related Engineering field of Education.
- Experienced in BPO as Facilities Supervisor/Lead for at least 2 years is advantage.
- With 80+ hours of prescribed DOLE Training Courses like BOSH, LCM, Behavioral, SAP etc.,
- Familiar of Facilities Building Maintenance Scheduling, Repairs & Reportorial, excel skills, BA/LL coordination and other related Facilities works.
- Amenable to work onsite in Davao City
