Facilities Supervisor

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in managing the daily operations of the facility and quality of service levels including maintenance and housekeeping.
  

• Develop and oversee maintenance facility preventive maintenance programs.
  

• Plan and coordinate repairs in various business units / branches.
  

• Assist in the formulation of strategies and process improvements.
  

• Streamline SOP's to drive efficiency and effectiveness of support operations.
  

• Ensure productivity and profitability of the facilities.
  

• Accountable for achieving and maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.
  

• Provide reports on open and closed work orders and check status of current work projects.
  

• Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
  

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Engineering Courses, Licensed is a plus but not required.
  

• With at least 2 - 3 years supervisory experience.
  

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
  

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

• Honest, trustworthy and values integrity at work.
  

• Willing to work on site (Sta. Mesa Manila)
