Facilities Supervisor

Assists his superior in planning, directing, and controlling the operation and maintenance of general facilities equipment through implementation of effective preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repair and improvements in the plant facilities in support to production operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Plans, directs and supervises in tendering the operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Reports regularly to his superior regarding the status of day to day maintenance activities.
  

• Recommends and implements improvement concerning health and work safety, work methods and standards to effectively support the production operations.
  

• Performs direct supervision to his subordinates and ensures that all maintenance scheduled activities and request are properly attended on time by qualified personnel.
  

• Takes charge of the coordination and implementation of facilities projects.
  

• Prepares and submits report and maintains record as required by his superior.
  

• Reviews budget preparation and control budget allocation.
  

• Checks and evaluates performance of subordinates for quality and conformance to maintenance requirements (KPI evaluation, PM records, MWR records, etc)
  

• Assists subordinate supervisor in discharging function as the need arises.
  

• Conducts/facilitates daily stand-up meeting in case of absence of immediate supervisor.
  

• Updates of PEZA documents and drawings.
  

• Assists/supports/attends to other sections/departments activities and projects with regards to over-all company's objectives and targets.
  

• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

  Requirements:

• Must be a registered electrical engineer
  

• With five (5) working experience in a automotive company
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and people-oriented skills
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application or other related software
