Under the direction of Facilities Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of the building, implementation of special projects & programs, and ensuring compliance with all the standards of quality, specifications & sound engineering practices.
Oversee building operations and maintenance activities on a shift basis - electrical, mechanical, facilities, etc.
- Facilitate the implementation of special projects & programs as required i.e. Enercon, Watercon, Sustainability Programs, EHSMS, etc.
Recommend facilities improvements- Supervision of technicians and other project personnel on a shift basis.
Implement company code of conduct and client policies, rules and regulations and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Evaluate performance of subordinates
Ensure compliance with all the standards on quality, specifications & sound engineering practice.- Ensure compliance to all related Enercon, Watercon, Sustainability Programs, EHSMS, etc.
Implements and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and applicable engineering practices
- Evaluates results of preventive maintenance inspections and recommends predictive maintenance work needed to avoid system breakdown
Assist and monitor the minor renovations and construction projects within the hospital premises- Attends to requests/inquiries in a timely manner
Provides final recommendations for response to complains
- Ensures that customer complaints are timely attended
Submits monthly report, quarterly or annual accomplishment reports as needed- Participates in corporate/department activities
Participates in activities related to professional growth
- Complies with the competency checklist on schedule.
Attends all trainings as may be required or advised- Other duties and ad-hoc tasks of projects that may be assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering- Knowledgeable and experienced in operations, maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical and mechanical systems in a hospital setting.
Knowledgeable and experienced in design and construction works in a hospital setting
- At least 5 years of work experience as supervisor handling operations & maintenance of facilities
Willing to work in Arca South, Taguig City on a shifting schedule
