QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum Education : University degree graduate of any related course
- Experience Required : At least one year of related work experience
Core : Customer Service - ensuring that the technical services of the Corporate; Administration Department are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
- Technical : Knowledge in facilities and equipment maintenance including office layouts
Universal : Knowledge in MS Office applications
Computer
- Working Environment : Office-based; Required to visit other office and clinics when upon request or when concerns arises
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts monthly inspection of company facilities to ensure premises are well-maintained.
Ensures preventive maintenance on all equipment is in place to ensure its operation.
Monitors and ensures regular preventive maintenance of company vehicles.
Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving issues
Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times
Provides/recommends office layouts
Supervises housekeeping personnel
Facilitates submission of Repairs & Maintenance (monthly)
Asset Inventory report (annual)
