We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Expansion Officer to join our team. As an Expansion Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.
Drive the growth of offline footprint by taking an end-to-end responsibility from finding a new location to opening a new store.- Identify and suggest suitably store locations based on defined criteria.
Negotiate the best possible rental terms. Decline unacceptable offers
- Arrange all legal authorization procedures related to opening and operation of the stores (business permits, licenses, etc.)
Arrange good quality construction works- Experienced in site selection in RETAIL, FOOD, PHARMACY, BANK, GAS STATION industry is an advantage
Willingness to do field work
- Performance bonus based on store openings
