  • Job Summary

The Facilities Manager will be in charge of overseeing operations across two sites. Key duties include managing site teams, preventing escalations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) such as preventative maintenance (PM) and housekeeping (HK) are met in a timely manner. This role also involves preparing month-end reports on various aspects like utilities, safety, and consumables.

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and maintenance

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to review and approve deliverables of service providers

  • Oversee consumables, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment

  • Identify potential site concerns and initiate rectification measures

  • Manage team performance, providing motivation and guidance to enhance output

  • Manage KPI and stakeholders

  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Facility Management (FM) experience, background in Property Management is also considered

  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer

  • Technically sound and adept at reading Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing plans, etc.

  • Strong financial knowledge and reporting skills

  • Proficient in computer use and adaptable to new systems

  • Approachable with good interpersonal skills

  • Amenable to handle 2 sites in Quezon City and McKinley, Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
