The
Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility and building-related activities, ensuring the good condition of infrastructure and equipment and ensuring that facilities are safe and functioning well so that our team members can work under the best conditions.
- Reviews Weekly Jotform Report (Facility Management checklist): Equipment Breakdown, critical issues, Team (Technician and Facility Engineers) productivity based on closed FMR per week and plans accordingly
Allocates workload and supervises Facility Engineers and Technicians- Lays out plans for Civil Works including Budget, timeline and manpower requirement
Manages relationships with Contractors and Service Providers
- Reviews/creates orders for spare parts and COA and secures approval
Reviews proposals submitted by Contractors and provides recommendations for the Operations Director's review and approval- Monitors Purchase Orders, Payments and Weekly expenses
Weekly store inspection with Facility Engineers and Technicians
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably related to Facilities Management, Asset Management and other related field
- 1-2 years experience in the same leadership role/capacity
5 years experience in facilities management- Knowledge in Asset or Facilities Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to communicate and connect well with people from different levels or roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles and/or budget management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
