Failities Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering discipline
Licensed or experienced Engineer
5 years of experience in Senior Management leadership or its equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Duties & Responsibilities

Provide day to day leadership and management that reflects the Mission and Vision of the organization
Takes charge of the planning, development, maintenance and operations of the hospital
Ensures a safe and secure environment and working conditions
Ensures compliance in all government codes and regulations
Overseeing contracts and providers for services including, cleaning, maintenance, and construction
Ensures that basic hospital facilities, such as water, electricity and ventilation are well maintained
Ensures that hospital facilities meet government regulations and environmental health, security, and disaster preparedness standards
Ensures disaster preparedness and continuity of facility and medical equipment operations at all times
Serves as owner representative for building improvement, renovation, construction and any facility related project
Inspects hospital building to determine the need for repairs and renovations
Ensures proper hospital waste management
Creates standards or policies for facility management under which the team operates
Develops the department's structure and quality systems
Identifies and formulates vision and strategic direction for Facilities Management Department
Participates as an active member of the hospital's management committee
Prepares and submit budget information as required
Determines staffing patterns and establishes manpower plan for each Facilities Management Unit
Responsible for team development to ensure timely delivery of an organization's requirements
Approves regularization of new employee and resignation of all employees
Approves recommendation for any disciplinary actions and other related matters
And other related duties or responsibilities that from time to time maybe assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,
