AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. is the leading developer and operator of industrial parks and real estate logistics facilities in the Philippines. The group expanded into the cold storage space with ALogis Artico. The team is looking for a Facilities Manager/Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the efficient operation of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility, including planning and organizing preventive maintenance program, material handling equipment, safety and security, and compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspection, implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective or emergency maintenance.
- To be assigned as the facility's Pollution Control Officer and ensure compliance with DENR and other government-related compliances.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
- Handles security, housekeeping and maintenance services.
- Enhance the property and ensuring compliance with building codes through projects and building development.
- Handles internal and external facilities and operations audits.
- Monitors construction or renovation works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly implemented.
- Provides regular status updates to the Operations Manager and to the Facilities Area Manager
ualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have people management experience.
- Good Communication Skills
- Amenability to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
