Could you be the full-time Facility Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your import/export expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible of supervising and coordinating all the activities related to our installations maintenance and the general services management. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (demand planning, supply chain), assure that the installations work efficiently and with safety and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and supervising all installations maintenance activities such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, structures, etc.
We'll look to you for:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and supervise the tasks carried out by the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work performed
- Plan and coordinate renovation, repair and improvement projects for facilities
- Manage general services, including cleaning, security, catering, and other support services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, industrial safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Manage the budget of the facilities and general services department, controlling expenses and optimizing resources.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and solve potential problems.
- Participate in the negotiation and renewal of contracts with suppliers and supervise the quality of the work performed.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and facility safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to support daily operations and general maintenance and service requirements.
- Maintain updated records of all maintenance activities, general services and legal control.
- Develop and manage energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
- Conduct and participate in periodic energy audits to identify energy savings opportunities.

- Technical degree or industrial engineering, electromechanics, automation or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a maintenance management role in an industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, as well as project management.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to industrial maintenance.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge in the use of maintenance management software (CMMS)
