Must be Graduate of A degree in Mechanical Engineering- Must be Licensed Mechanical Engineer
With three (3) years of experience in Facilities Building Maintenance in Manufacturing industry.
- Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and monitoring of Building Facilities related to electrical system, plumbing and drainage system, air conditioning system, lifting system, tinsmithry, painting works, masonry works, metal and fabrication works and high ceiling cleaning maintenance.
Ensure that the actual works of maintenance and repairs are performed as per schedule to minimize disruption to operations and expedite completion of the work.- Supervises the work of personnel of Multi-skilled workers such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, tinsmith, painting, fabrication, high ceiling cleaning and air-conditioning.
A team player, ability to work under pressure, analytical and result oriented, strong verbal communication, problem solving skills and good moral character.
