Facilities Engineer

Position Title : Facilities Engineer

• QUALIFICATIONS:

- College Graduate Bachelor of Science in EE, or ME

- With at least1- 2-year experience in Manufacturing Company.

- Willing to be assign in Carmelray Industrial Park 1 Canlubang, Calamba, City

• Engineering qualification (BSEE, ME, )

Knowledge in maintenance & basic PMS of Portable generator, Air Compressor and Air Conditioning Units (e.g. Generator Sets, Air compressor, Air conditioning unit, PSA N2 Generator, LIN Tank Yard).

• Ability to maintain records.

With background in Maintenance management system.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work the team.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOUR TASK:

• In charge in maintenance & basic PMS of Portable generator, Air Compressor and Air Conditioning Units (e.g. Generator Sets, Air compressor, Air conditioning unit, PSA N2 Generator, LIN Tank Yard).

Responsible for the inspection of building condition and for any maintenance or repair needed.

• In charge of technician in carrying out wiring installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical system, ESD set-up, and Maintenance.

Implement and maintain environmental and safety policies.

• Ensure safety during work. Strict compliance to safety procedures. Target for zero accident in work area.
