The Facilities Engineer (CE) is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. Performs analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. Oversees the corporate property projects with technical concurrence on planning of the ports.
- Designs and oversees the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.
- Performs analysis of operational processes, resource allocation, and safety processes, and recommends and implements improvements.
- Takes charge of the end-to-end project creation and implementation including budget proposal, monitoring, and building materials inventory management.
- Coordinates with contractors and service providers on facilities maintenance activity updates and reports proposals and status updates to management.
- Follows up on civil works and asset preventive maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Provides technical support and guidance to other departments and ports as needed.
- QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer
With at least 5 years experience on the same field- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
