Job Overview
The Facilities Coordinator & Logistics Officer will oversee the maintenance and operations of the company's facilities and handle logistical work on IT equipment.
As Facilities Coordinator, s/he will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe and compliant with regulations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
As Logistics Officer, s/he will be responsible for the delivery, inventory, and retrieval of company asset particularly IT equipment for Work from Home employees.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of facilities including security, safety, and cleanliness of the site
Coordinate with Building Administration for Aircon operation and building essential equipment status
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
Conduct minor repairs and site maintenance such as but not limited to Aircon cleaning, electrical works, replacement of busted lights, power outlets, minor repainting, furniture repair and plumbing works
Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate necessary actions
Responsible for delivery, inventory, and retrieval of IT equipment of TBPO Work from Home employees
Collaborate with various stakeholders (including Finance, Operations, HR and Recruitment) to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Conduct regular audits and inspections of IT equipment through different media flatforms or actual inspection whenever possible
Maintain accurate records of all inventories, equipment and assets
Other task that may be delegated by the Facilities Manager
Requirements:
Graduate of any Technical course (electrical, mechanical, electronics and other related courses)
Proven experience as Facilities Coordinator for at least 2 years
Capable of doing minor equipment repairs and facility maintenance
Knowledgeable in MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
With Driver's license and skills in driving both four-wheeled vehicle and motorcycle
Familiar with nearby provinces and can locate or track identified subject locations
