Mon - Thu - Booking.com office (Makati)
Fri - CWPH HQ (or as per advice) (BGC, Taguig)
Responsibilities
- Client-facing demand management
Daily operations
Logistics: external storage and courier
Physical post & legal mail process (work with responsible OM)
- Deliver & Manage facility management vendor services
Soft services e.g., cleaning, catering (pantry / non-lunch solution, in-office lunch catering)
Hard services e.g., planned preventative maintenance including physical security & access control and reactive day-to-day office maintenance requests
Reception and Hospitality services
Sustainability, support the company's strategy of becoming the world's most sustainable travel company by delivering sustainable offices e.g., office sustainability badge process; manage annual data collection of energy consumption per office location
- Handling of ESC tickets related to FM support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with any relevant courses e.g., office management.
Good at Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word required.
Experienced in working in facilities and events management environments preferred
Good communication skills (English)
Able to work independently as well as in a team
