Job Description

_Position Summary:_

Responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of facility, ensuring that the facility is maintained to the highest standards and meet the needs of client. Maintains the work stations, environment, including managing equipments and coordinating maintenance.

_Organizational Setting:_

_Reports to:_ Managing Director / COO

_Coordinates with:_ Client, vendors, as well as co-employees both in field

and office

_Supervises: _Technicians

_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipments, ensuring that all machines are in excellent working condition, safe to use, and meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that facilities are kept in excellent condition, and that any potential issues are identified and addressed proactively

Lead and manage the maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring that all staff are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to carry out their duties to the highest standards.

Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensure that all items are kept in good condition and replaced as needed.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that client receive the best possible service, and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure the smooth running of the premises.

Manage the repair of the facility, ensuring that all renovations and upgrades are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for the repair of the property. Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and meets the needs of client.

Monitor progress against project plans and timelines, and make adjustments as needed to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures, and implement processes to promote a safe and healthy environment for client and staffs.

Processes and responds promptly to incoming communications, accurate message taking, and information distribution as necessary

_Position Requirements:_

Education:


Graduate of any engineering course

Experience:


With at least 5 years of work experience in same capacity or background

Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Good analytical/critical thinking

_Position Specifications:_

Involves moderate discomfort and/or risk such as operating heavy machinery or dangerous equipment, or frequent exposure to hazardous materials

Involves lifting of heavy materials and work tools

Alternatively, the work area may be subject to environmental discomfort such as poor ventilation, loud noises, and/or extremes of heat or cold.[RR1]

Work often requires wearing protective gear that may be uncomfortable

Works indoors and outdoors and will be exposed to variable weather when working outdoors

Work requires continuous moderate with some strenuous physical exertion including standing, climbing, crawling, and regular lifting of objects

Amenable to do office and field/site works from time to time

Job Type: Full-time
