We are looking for a skilled
Facility Administrator to join our team. The Facility Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of facility management principles.
Develop and implement a facility management program, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, etc.
Supervise site leads, admin staff, maintenance staff and contractors.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.- With superb customer service experience.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be amenable to work onsite in our offices in Quezon City, Makati, and Ortigas.Job Type: Full-time
