Acts as an employee touch point and supervise services like seat allocation and facilities helpdesk
Responsible in addressing aspects of the workplace that could affect the environment, safety and health of employees
Managing repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, furnishings, building, etc.
Coordinates work assignments among technicians, vendors and contractors. Reviews backlogged work orders to ensure assignments are completed
Asset management of all site operations across multiple locations
Acts as a liaison to government transactions such as but not limited to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig and BIR.
Develop and maintain BCP documentation.
Event management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guest and foreign delegates
Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billings, etc.
