Facebook Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and a proven track record of driving measurable results through targeted ads. You will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring that our ads reach the right audience effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. This includes setting up ad groups, targeting options, and budgets.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement advertising strategies to meet business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions.

Audience Targeting: Identify and analyze target audiences using Facebook's audience insights and other tools. Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences to maximize ad performance.

Ad Creative: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy that align with campaign goals.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance.

• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations, including headlines, images, and calls to action.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring that spending is efficient and aligned with campaign objectives.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.

• Qualifications:

A minimum of 2- years experience in advertising Online Casino

• Preferably with experience for delivering high-performing ads that attract new users, ensuring campaigns and meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
