We are looking for one (1) Design Team Leader and two (2) Senior CAD Designers with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
In cooperation with and with guidance of the Design Manager, agree and schedule all incoming works assigned to your part of the team so that it can be completed in accordance with client requirements.- Prepare and work on workshop drawings, fabrications drawings, sections of PMU drawings, Embed and Installation drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), 3D parametric solid and surface models and other drawings required for the project.
Check your team's work prior to issue and check the drawings and monitor the performance of the team members to ensure that the team meets all committed deadlines.
- Prepare reports, attend design meetings and coordinate project queries, concerns and other matters between the Manila Design Office and Seoul Head Office.
At least 10 years of experience in the Curtain Wall and Faade industry
- With experience in handling a team and leading a project
Knowledge in the design principles of curtain wall and faade treatments- Knowledge in materials and material application
Knowledge of machining and the capabilities of machining and fabrication are required
- Drafting - this job requires a thorough knowledge in CAD drafting software as well as international drafting standards and procedures.
Computer Applications - must have basic to advanced knowledge and skills in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam- Engineering - this job requires you to be able to calculate basic moments of inertia and glass thickness to enable drawings to be completed accurately.
Mathematics - knowledge in arithmetic, statistics and their applications.
- English Language - be able to communicate effectively using the English language both written and verbally.
Administration and Management - leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources
In collaboration with the Design Team Leader or Design Manager, agree delivery dates for your work so that it can be completed in accordance with client requirements.
- Prepare and work on workshop drawings, fabrications drawings, sections of PMU drawings, Embed and Installation drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), 3D parametric solid and surface models and other drawings required for the project.
Check your your own work prior to issue and ensure that all drawings must be checked by senior members of the Design office.- Prepare a report to be submitted to the Design Team Leader or Design Manager which may include the project status, team deadlines which were or were not met.
At least 7 years of experience in the Curtain Wall and Faade industry- Knowledge in the design principles of curtain wall and faade treatments
Knowledge in materials and material application
