Responsibilities- Reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance.
Carry out drafting work (concept design, shop drawings MTO, Cutting List, Setting-out drawings) as needed- Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering team to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated.
Communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 4-8 years of professional experience preferred.
Proficient in 2D/3D Drafting in AutoCAD and Faade Systems Designs- Experience in Revit Architecture is an advantage but not required.
Ability to use AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling, Animation, Rendering computer graphics programs a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.
