FAADE 3D MODELER - Engineering Department- Employment Status: Project-Based (duration is co-terminus with the project)
- Official work schedule is from Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM).
REPORTS TO: Faade Senior 3D Modeler
LIAISE WITH: Project Manager, Faade Senior and Junior Designers, Faade Senior Fabrication Detailer, Faade Senior and Junior Structural Engineers, Other Faade Draftsmen and Faade Junior Fabrication Detailers

Duties and Responsibilities:_
The Faade 3D Modeler is responsible to provide 3D drawings and models in AutoCad, Revit and/or Rhino as per the guidance and instruction of the Faade Senior 3D Modeler.
The Faade 3D Modeler should be able to interpret the shop drawings once explained by his/her superiors.
The position is based in the Manila office.
I. Qualifications:
A. General
a. Must have the ability to understand basic drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, detail projections and spot details.
b. Must have the ability to understand basic requirements of line weights for pen assignments, as requirements for the project.
c. Must have the ability to do 3D drawings, isometric drawings, orthographic projections, etc., as required by his/her superiors.
d. Must have good communication skills to communicate with her/his supervisors.
II. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Under supervision of his/her superiors, must be able to provide 3D drafting works for external faade shop drawings and fabrication drawings and other task required by his/her superiors.
- Under supervision of his/her superiors, must be able to provide quantification of materials used in the fabrication and shop drawings documents.
- Under supervision of his/her superiors, must be able project details to generate partial plans, developed and true elevations (as required), and partial sections.
- Under supervision by his/her superiors, must be able to tag the faade details onto plans, developed and true elevations (as required), and sections.
- Required to work on extended hours, as required by his/her superiors.
III. Skills and Specifications:
- Can provide advanced 3D drawings.
- Has advanced knowledge in AutoCad (2D and 3D), Inventor, Revit, Rhino, SketchU and M.S. Office
- Has good quality of work.
- Can handle multiple tasks, as required by his/her superiors, under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Has good communication.
IV. Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in doing 3D shop and fabrication detailing works related to the curtain wall industry.
- College level or Vocational Drafting Course.

Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
