- College graduate HRM, Business Administration,
Marketing or any related course
- More than 5 years of experience in Training & Development (Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs)
Strong food industry experience is required for this post
- Analytical, metrics-driven and detail oriented
Responsible with planning, organizing and implementing training and developmental activities to meet the changing business priorities- Create, update, innovate the training standards based on the business needs
Ensures that the training team is up-to-date with the current trends in food industry
- Can create training modules etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,
- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
