Our hotel is looking for a
F&B-SUPERVISOR to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent business-related degree.
Should have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service organization.- Must be experienced with marketing strategies, cost control, and budgeting and up to date with new trends available in the market.
Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills and love interacting with guests
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Amenable to working long hours, especially during weekends and holidays- Must be well-versed in restaurant operations
Must be a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
- Must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
