Position Summary
Oversee all F&B operations to ensure operations run smoothly. They train and supervise F&B staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety and regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

- Orientation and induction of new employees.
- Annual training plan.
- Conducts technical job knowledge training.
- Analyzes training needs.
Communication
- Attends department meetings.
- Conducts daily briefing.
- Provides feedback to management.
Profitability
- Monitors and controls productivity.
- Practices cost controlling.
- Prepares accurate monthly forecasts of covers, revenue, expenses and GOP.
- Prepares budget for operating equipment, CAPEX.
- Achieves revenue and profit goals by developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Ensures safe working process.
- Monitors cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitors grooming and appearance standards of employees.
Sales & Marketing
- Ensures effective up selling.
- Optimizes opportunities for marketing the outlet.
- Controls quality of merchandising display.
Stock Control
- Ensures adequate supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- At least one (1) year in a supervisory position is preferred.
- At least two (2) years in restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Amenable to work in Tagaytay City.
