Execute restaurant operations including promotions, customer service and inventories.
- Lead the Front Liners to follow standard procedures and provide customer excellence.
Monitor labor cost and item inventory.- Monitor loss and breakages report.
Monitor staff performance by conducting periodic performance evaluation report.
- Recommends disciplinary action, if necessary.
Delegates staff responsibility, balancing of schedule, prepare stock projections and monitor reservations.- Responsible in staff training.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the equipments.
- Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
Handle guest complaint properly.- Maintain sufficient staff on floor.
Conduct regular meeting and briefing for the staff
- Resolve operational problems.
Maintain staff good discipline and exercise team work.- Interview and orient F&B applicants.
Prepare a goal and execution plan for big reservation and peak season.
- Report any irregularities to the Manager.
