The Food & Beverage Sales Executive plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving team member performance, and driving business results across the F&B operation. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position focuses on executing sales strategies, seizing business opportunities in all F&B outlets, cultivating new customer relationships, and expanding business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of the competition.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, serving as the primary contact for all F&B-related bookings and inquiries.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions.
- Achieve individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, and site inspections.
- Create awareness of the hotel's outlets and facilities to ensure complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum productivity.
- Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management or equivalent
- Post graduate diploma is an advantage.
- Capable of training subordinates.
- Proven leadership of a multi-faceted food and beverage sales team within a major area
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related/relevant experience as F&B Sales Executive / Coordinator with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of one or more functions related to the position
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
