JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER (Upscale F&B establishments - direct hire)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration Atleast 2 years in a similar position in the F&B Industry Expert level technical knowledge of restaurant and/or hotel operations Strong management and people skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Constantly communicate with everyone in the team to guarantee operational excellence Monitor and ensure service and F&B standards are practiced in all outlets Work with everyone in the group to resolve customer and operations issues where necessary Mentor, train and motivate the entire team to achieve brand-wide strategic golas.

Pay: Php130,
- 00 - Php150,000.00 per month
