F&B Director

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee F&B operations, including dining venues
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Train and evaluate staff performance, and provide feedback and disciplinary action when needed
Develop and manage budgets and analyze financial statements
  • Monitor vendor and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with vendors
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with all DOLE regulations

  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary
