Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee F&B operations, including dining venues
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met- Train and evaluate staff performance, and provide feedback and disciplinary action when needed
Develop and manage budgets and analyze financial statements
- Monitor vendor and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with vendors- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with all DOLE regulations
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
