QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program in HRM
Two (2) to four (4) years experience, preferably in the same industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Regularly communicates with the Outlet Managers for directives, delegations, announcements, and any other form to commission his team.
Monitors service and F&B standards in all outlets. Works with the Assistant Brand Manager for service, Restaurant Managers, and the Chef to take corrective action where necessary.
Ensures that all Managers are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their product meets these requirements.
Plans and implements with each Manager effective sales and promotional activities to ensure maximum revenues.
Trains and develops Heads of departments so that they are able to operate independently within their own profit centers.
