F&B Attendant is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to guests in the dining area. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining environment.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients and cooking methods.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Set up dining tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.- Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining.
Assist in resetting tables for the next service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.- Regularly clean and sanitize high-touch areas and equipment.
