Review the monthly, quarterly and annual reports prepared by the Compliance supervisor before submission to government agencies (i.e., BIR / LGUs)- Review and evaluate documents before submitting to regulatory agencies (i.e., BIR / LGUs) during audit and assessments.
Prepare and/or review letter responses before submitting to regulatory agencies (i.e., BIR / LGUs) during audit and assessments.
- Monitor the accurate and timely filing of regulatory reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units (LGUs).
Prepare, review and analyze financial statement reports and schedules to ensure compliance to relevant standards, laws and regulations.- Develops a thorough understanding and appropriate use of both comprehensive tax and auditing techniques.
Performs Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services by incorporating tax and audit techniques in reviewing Clients tax related computations.
- Assists in clients inquiries related to regulatory requirements, compliance, etc.
Recommend / formulate strategic and long-term business plans.- Provide guidance and support to the Company and Clients stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions, as needed.
Plans and organizes trainings to cater the learning and development of the Compliance Team.
- Recognizes the opportunities for additional client services and client development.
Advises the team and the management about Client procedures which can be improved and is alert to other problems and issues where the Company could be of help.- Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned to him/her.
