Responsibilities: - Achieve volume and value targets
Drive effective revenue management- Align the section in the key business drivers
Build lasting relationships with key customers and business partners
- Prepare timely sales forecasts and monthly sales reports
Manage the sales budget of the territory under his/her direct supervision- Continuously track and record sales trends and other related data to improve supply and demand strategies and maximize profits
Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to improve sales promotions development and execution
- Establish good working relationships and commitment with the trade partners
Set performance standards of the trade partners- Conduct territory visits and business reviews to assess overall business in the area and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising and promotion campaigns, price surveys and to inform management about such activities.
Ensure maintenance of an accurate and updated database of all existing and potential accounts to assist identification of needs. Use this information for planning, concept development and implementation of programs
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent or relevant field
Thorough understanding of the sales operations- Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to create innovative sales ideas/concepts that may help grow revenue and profits
A minimum of 5 years exposure on a similar role
