Handles Benefits Administration:
- Assists, process, prepares and updates employee requests, records and benefits - BIR, SS, HDMF/HMO and the like
- Employee enrollment, certification of contribution and employment
- Liaise with government agencies and act as Bank Representative in transacting benefit concerns, claims, payments and other concerns relating to compensation and benefits
- Assists in answering employee payroll related inquiries.
