Freelance WFH Human Resource w/ Recruitment Background Review internal processes and make recommendations for improvements; Ensures recommendations are in alignment with company policies and practices.
- Monitors implementation of procedures and ensures that employees are kept aware on a continuing basis
Provides coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development- Responsible for the issuance of contracts,corrective actions, promotion and termination of employment
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains historical human resource records by keeping past and current records.
Ensure up-to-date reporting for headcount/attrition- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory
Developing a well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, etc.) for all roles in the organization
- Influence positive company culture
- COLLABORATION (w/ Recruitment, Training and Ops):
Performs talent acquisition. Post job ads, Prescreens candidate applications and resumes for required skills; experience and knowledge to fit position requirements. Makes referrals to the hiring head and ensures efficient turn-around activity.
- Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details.
Facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO) for new hires.- Supports and assists Operations in performance management; recognition and incentive programs
Collaborates with different departments to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
- Build and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Performs other ADMIN duties as required and assigned

Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative- Proficient in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and collaborate with employees at all levels with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledgeable in coordinating with different agencies regarding compliance requirements that are necessary for business operations
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check)- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment.- Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any Business or Human Relations Course
