Job Description:
We are looking for a Workday Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) to join the Global HR Employee Experience Team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to look for ways to innovate and improve the Employee Experience, promoting and advocating for our technology. You should be a domain expert who is well-connected with what's happening in Workday and other HR technologies through peer networks, vendor resources like Workday Community, and other available resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed configuration and standard operating procedures (SOPs) specifically for Workday modules, preferably Time and Absence
- Responsible for configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades, ensuring compliance with our processes and procedures
- Serve as a solution domain expert, supporting the discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation of HR system enhancements
- Act as technical support to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in our various HR tools (Workday, Salesforce, PowerBi, etc.) to support our clients and the Advanced Analytics team
- Balance multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional partners while managing expectations and impact on end users. In a supporting role, assist with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of HRIS/Workday configuration experience, specifically in time off, time tracking, and leave of absence
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home as required (dependent on business needs and/or current external environment/situation)
- Functional experience working across the HR field, supporting HR programs and cyclical events in areas such as Compensation, Time, and Absence
- Experience with large global organizations, capable of implementing solutions under tight timelines, and prioritizing work effectively to deliver successful outcomes
- Strong technical acumen, logic, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) is an asset
- Workday Studio experience and/or Workday Pro Certification(s) is an asset
- Experience with JIRA or the use and configuration of Salesforce for Case Management or similar applications is an asset
