Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: 100% remote

About Us: Performacentric helps small and mid-market companies improve business profitability and efficiency with data visualization, business intelligence, and ERP software.

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the company founder, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating the smooth execution of various tasks. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Project Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
    • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
    • Facilitate communication within the executive team and across the organization
    • Draft and manage internal and external communications
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain and organize executive files, records, and databases
    • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
    • Perform data entry, including translating hand-written notes into professional Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives
  • Familiarity with Clickup project management software is a plus
