Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: 100% remote

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the company founder, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating the smooth execution of various tasks. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and across the organization
- Draft and manage internal and external communications
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize executive files, records, and databases
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Perform data entry, including translating hand-written notes into professional Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives
- Familiarity with Clickup project management software is a plus
