Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Supervise an efficient Technical Recording system that meets the continuous airworthiness.
B. Monitor and planning the implementation of aircraft delivery / redelivery system that meets continuous airworthiness and lessor standard.
C. Maintain archives for safe storage of aircraft maintenance records
D. To verify the records preparations and supervise the renewal / new application for AirAsia / leased aircraft i. Certificate of Airworthiness ii. Aircraft Station License iii. Certificate of Registration
E. Produce monthly reports for aircraft, engine, Landing Gear and APU statuses
F. Manage the engine, APU and Landing Gear shop visit report G. Ensure aircraft maintenance forecast is in orderly manner
H. Handling the manpower (leave, duty travel and work schedule)
I. Involve in the preparation or amendment on Engineering Procedure Manual
J. To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
