As an Executive Support Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to CCK, EO and reception. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as:
- ordering, inventory and distribution of office, cleaning supplies (VRC & Wills)
ordering of loft supplies such as office, pantry and cleaning- corporate card management (review of billing for CCK and distribution of billing to employees
club membership management for CCK billing
- assoc. dues management forwarding assoc. dues billing to point person occupying unit 1402, 1403 &
fleet management (PMS) for CCK; keeper of fleet file and keys for Wills employees
Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be essential in assisting CCK and executives in meeting their objectives and priorities.
Board Room management (IT coordination for equipment, provides beverages and snacks as advised by the President)
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for CCK.- Draft and prepare professional correspondence such as Deed of Sale, Secretary's Certificate, Affidavit, and business letters such as authorization and intent.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and visas.
- Document Preparation and Management:
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, and daily accomplishment reports.- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
Provide general administrative support, such as copying and scanning.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and requests to support CCK workflow and priorities.
Personal assistance to CCK.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and communication channels.- Coordinate with other departments and team members to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
Preparation of giveaways to business partners as advised by the President.
Bank coordination as advised by the CFO.
- Opening of new accounts and update of bank accounts as advised by the CFO.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
