Job Qualifications:a. Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably major in Psychology or equivalent.
b. At least three (3) years of work experience in administrative management.
c. Administrative knowledge in the areas of employee relations, occupational health and safety, timekeeping, wage and benefits administration
d. Knowledge of labor laws, particularly pertaining to wages and benefits
e. Literacy on computer operations, particularly on Administrative Information System
f. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
g. Keen on details, well organized and systematic
