JOB DESCRIPTION:- Organize and coordinate events for the Executive and their department.
Provide administrative support to ensure that the office operates smoothly.- Monitoring and managing the office budget to ensure financial efficiency.
Maintain and manage the office database, which includes e-files and folder filing systems.
- Oversee the maintenance of office spaces, supplies, and assets.
Assist in creating and implementing efficient office processes and workflows- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive
Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate effective communication and information flow
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Has a bachelor's degree in any field.2 YEARS
of experience as an executive secretary. Proficient in using
MS 365 applications.
Excellent communication skills is a MUST
- Residing or willing to travel in
Makati.
