Job Summary:Responsible for managing the different internal and external relations and deliverables related to the role of the executive he/she reports directly to. He/She ensures that schedules are properly coordinated, the workstation is managed appropriately, follow through on action plans and recommendations by the executive officer are completed, and other personal needs as requested by the executive officer are facilitated. It is important to note that confidentiality in all tasks are highly expected at all times.
Project Management: Ensure that pending projects and tasks assigned by the Executive from all departments reporting to her are tracked and accomplished. The EA is not tasked to do it, but to do the necessary follow-ups and facilitate interventions when needed.
- All means of communication delegated to the EA are handled with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. This will include meeting notes, email correspondence with external partners (e.g. Banks, Consultants, Audit and Law firms), internal company memorandums and manuals, and email/SMS/Chat correspondence with other company management officers.
Facilitation of all Personal and Work-related schedules and coordinate with the related people. All other reservations and tools needed for the event must be prepared beforehand. (e.g. Flight Bookings, VISA applications, Hotel accommodations, Vehicle/Public transpo, Projector, etc.)- Data gathering, preparation, and analysis as needed by the Executive. Recommendations may also be needed and the corresponding action approved by the Executive for implementation.
Proper filing of all documentation, maintenance of contact list, and overall cleanliness of workstation area.

- Qualifications & experience
- Education: A graduate of B.S. Management Accounting or any Business-related course.
- Relevant Experience: At least 1-3 years experience in being an executive assistant or secretary of a high-ranking officer.
