Job Description:- Administrative and Office Support: Manage the VP's calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements; handle communications; oversee office supplies and filing systems.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize meetings and events, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure logistics run smoothly.
- Confidentiality and Liaison: Handle sensitive information discreetly; act as a point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project and Documentation Management: Assist in project planning and execution; maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and timelines.
- Academic and Research Support: Provide administrative support to academic committees and initiatives; conduct research and prepare summaries and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
