Job Overview

  • Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the office's administrative and organizational tasks.

Job Specifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce, Business/Office Administration, Financial Management, or any related business course
  • Able to maintain high work ethics, and a good general office demeanor.
  • Above average communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be service minded and knows how to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, presentation, excel, and organization skills.
  • Above average time management and multi-tasking ability.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the top management.
  • Coordinate with service providers, business partners, government agencies, personal contacts, potential customers and other business relations.
  • Ensure timely compliance of all regulatory permits.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required.
  • Participate in regulatory examinations and audits as required.
  • Organize meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches and daily car schedule arrangements.
  • Arrangement of special events and occasions, in coordination with other managers.
