Key Responsibilities- To support Sales Rep/Sales Force initiatives, promotions and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets.
To response to agent queries refunds, loss baggage , cancellation flights / flights re-timing and etc on a timely manner- To liaise with Revenue Management/Reservations & Finance department and other departments relating to pricing, fare-filing and ticketing procedures.
To maintain and update of all the IATA agents data (agency personnel / address /telephone / website /email / ticket stock available in the GDS.
- To file promotional and market fares with SITA New Generation Airfare Insights System (NGAI).
To prepare regular communications circulars/trade release for travel agents informing them of MH promotions and latest update in procedures.
- Qualification & Experience
Degree or Diploma in any field..- 5 years in related position in aviation / travel industry.
Knowledge in Amadeus, reservation & ticketing- Excellence in problem solving skills.
Good verbal & written communication
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver the functions of sales support in effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from internal and external team
