The Impact you'll make
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Establish and optimize presence across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and schedule engaging content using Canva
- Manage community engagement while maintaining brand exclusivity
- Track and analyze social media metrics
- Identify and participate in relevant professional networks
- Research and implement social media best practices for luxury services
Content Development & Brand Communication
- Create sophisticated social media content aligned with brand voice
- Design professional graphics and presentations using Canva
- Proofread and optimize content using Grammarly
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Draft and schedule social media posts
- Monitor brand reputation across platforms
Executive & Project Support
- Coordinate high-level meetings and appointments
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Liaise between team members and stakeholders
- Track and report KPIs
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Client Relations & Business Growth
- Provide premium customer service
- Support lead generation through social media
- Monitor and engage with potential client interactions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Proven experience in executive support or administrative coordination
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple social media accounts for business/professional services
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting
- Advanced Google Workspace skills
- Experience with Canva for social media content creation
- Strong background in professional communication and client service
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Knowledge of business writing and proofreading (Grammarly proficiency preferred)
- Project coordination experience
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

Work Setup:

Compensation:
