Position Overview:The Executive Manager will _
oversee the operations of multiple high-end restaurants_, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and profitability. This role is integral to driving the strategic direction of the restaurants, managing the teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The Executive Manager will report directly to the company's senior leadership and will be responsible for executing company policies, setting goals, and leading the restaurant management teams to success.
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives across all restaurants.
Collaborate with senior management to align restaurant operations with the company's vision and goals.
- Operational Oversight
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all restaurant locations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff efficiency.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to foster a culture of excellence.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to management teams.
- Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Compliance and Standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency in food and service.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
- At least 4-6 years of progressive experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple locations.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-end or fine dining restaurants is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
