Position: Executive & Client Data Coordinator
Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque
Work setup & shift: Night Shift / WFH

Your Role: Executive & Client Data Coordinator

Executive & Client Data Coordinator acts as the hub of communications and data management for Executive and Leadership teams through various systems & sources - primarily surrounding the implementation of the new Journey Strategy Deployment Platform and secondarily various tools such as CRM, etc.
Functionally, they manage the data & processes and lead progression of our Corporate reporting and administration. They manage the data and communication between the various parties. Uses computer, phone and video calls to communicate with various departments and people at Knight FM - and external resources when appropriate - to ensure progress. We will also rely on their support for pipeline data management probably schedule weekly summary activity overview video calls to see where sales leads are at and to try and remove roadblocks that may exist internally or with prospective clients.

Qualifications
Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities
  1. Strong administrative skills (computer, video call, MS word/excel/ppt/teams/CRM's/Performance Metric Platforms/etc.)
  2. Strong English capability
  3. Strong organization skills
  4. Some experience dealing with Sales/BD pipelines, CRM's or similar
  5. Some experience dealing with Strategy Deployment Platforms or similar metrics management
Competencies/Personality Traits

Can have great customer service when dealing with our prospective clients, but can also be moderately assertive internally when required to help obtain information or follow-up with other staff on their open tasks. Data platform savvy. Analytical. Very organized. Very flexible with tasks and projects as we evolve!

Prior Experience :

Experience with CRM's or Sales/BD pipeline management, some element of customer service, some degree of professionalism around organized project management same with metrics/KPI's/OKR's performance measurement data management
