Preferably Bachelor's Degree in culinary or hospitality related course
- Has experience in opening new concept stores and can do kitchen training to staff
Highly knowledgeable in food safety practices, ServSafe and/or HACCP.- With deep knowledgeable in menu planning, food costing, menu standardization, menu engineering.
With at least 5-10 years working experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef of hotel / fine dining restaurant
- With experience in Opening Team
Experienced leading a team including, but not limited to hiring, staff management, scheduling, and training- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and customer service skills
Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
